“We support companies in their daily challenges both today and in the future.”

Welcome to Trendvice

the activity-oriented boutique consulting service
for common & unusual transformation projects.

Just between us: we’ve written a couple of lines here so that you understand what we do. If you’d like to know more, there’s only one solution: get in touch with us directly.

Because Trendvice isn’t just home to the individual consultants, but rather a selected network of top specialists who know each other well and combine their respective strengths for efficient and innovative solutions.

Did you know ...

  • ... that 80 % of all purchase decision processes start with Google, even in the B2B context?

  • ... that there have been agile organizations for over 100 years?

  • ... that knowledge available online doubles in 9 days?

  • ... that our connections of association in the brain are completely rewired in the same 9 days?

  • ... that values are the only thing that we pass on to the next generations of employees as a basis for management?

  • ... that Amazon changes the prices of more than 2.6 million products daily?

  • ... that 85 % of all employees of an organization don’t know the top three goals of their organization?

  • ... and 87% of the remaining 15 % don’t know how to achieve these goals?

  • ... that 70 % of all strategic products fail due to improper implementation by management?

„Stagnation is regression – movement is the future!”“

There’s an incredible amount of new things to discover, evaluate and decide at the moment in the midst of one of the greatest upheavals since the Industrial Revolution, and at Trendvice we’re making it our job to deal with everything that’s affecting you. From our wealth of experience over previous years, we know that dealing with complexity, in particular, makes decisions increasingly more challenging on all levels.

    Together & reliable

Similarities bring companies and people together. Differences make cooperation innovative, throwing up new opportunities. Reliability results from a clear strategy and manifests itself in the goal-oriented action of individuals.

    Professional & effective

Professionality means above all being clear on the substance and not choosing the easy option of watered-down compromises. In this context, it’s better in organizations to do the correct job (= effectiveness) than only doing a job correctly (= efficiency).

    Innovative & open

Companies can have amazing ideas, but if they can’t spread these ideas, they will never be successful. Openness is based on mutual respect and recognition and should be appreciated in professional organizations.

    What are we about?

We care about the future of companies and organizations – people, processes and technology, we care about the world of tomorrow and meaningful answers and solutions – the outlook remains uncompromising for the decision-makers of today and tomorrow.

We’re the architects of solutions for our customers:

    • Transformation management

“When a snake sheds its skin, it changes; when a caterpillar becomes a butterfly, it transforms.”
Someone at the Business Transformation Academy

We advise companies on all issues regarding organizational development. We manage and coach the companies for the operative implementation of transformation processes, or provide support to them, upon request, in a responsible capacity. Our experience in this matter spans all subject areas from organization and processes to IT solutions and change programs, as well as organizational transformation projects.

    • Innovation and technology management

“Be or not to be - Change is the nature of life but challenge is the future of life. So, challenge the changes. Never change the challenges...”
      Amitabh Bachchan

Our focus is on developing a business strategy and architecture for our customers and implementing it with a comprehensible and clear roadmap considering economic aspects. Developing an innovation and technology “pipeline” early on is vital for the success of service and product providers in turbulent markets.

    • Project management & IT solution design

“When digital transformation is done right, it’s like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly, but when done wrong, all you have is a really fast caterpillar.”
      George Westerman MIT Digital Economy

Professional project management is the building block for successful transformations. We responsibly manage the complete life cycle from the idea, development and launch through to reassessment and consolidation. Our focus is not on the management of projects but rather on the targeted and professional implementation. In this context, forward-looking and service-orientated consulting for our customers, as well as the collective development and design of optimized processes and procedures form the basis for taking advantage of the opportunities of modern IT and maintaining a high level of efficiency and effectiveness.

We purse the following subjects, amongst others:

    • Digital Business Performance

Which technological trends will really change the future world (business world)?

      „Disruptive Technology“
The „game changer” or should we say „LIFE CHANGER” of the digital world.
      „Digital State of Mind“
It is important to understand the new rules and laws of the digital world in order to understand the future digital world.
      „Digital Ecological System“
The future (unique) business model for successful companies in the digital world?
      „Digitization – Quo Vadis“
The road to a better world or the path to darkness?
    • Digital Leadership = Transformational Leadership
      „Digital Leadership“
The beautiful new world of the new rules & changes and their effect on organization & leadership.
      “Manager of the Digital Age”
What distinguishes the new manager and what are the success factors for the transformation process that we shouldn’t ignore? What role do vision, innovation, transparency and agility play in the new leadership model, transformational leadership?
      „Management vs. Transformational Leadership“
In order to act successfully in the new world, it’s time to understand personally what’s going to change. The individual change process in management to the transformational leadership is paramount here.
      Ambidexterity Organization:
Why not do the one thing without neglecting the other? Or is it just new wine in old bottles?

    „Our formula for success:
    1 + 1 = 3“

For the team at Trendvice, your personal partner, this formula stands for individual growth and transformation solutions for our customers.

The formula also stands for “added value” and goes a long way to show what differentiates Trendvice from many other consulting firms. Because what matters to us is what we can add, what we offer to the customer and want to achieve together with them. And not just in the short term, but rather looking toward the future and adapted to the economic climate.

In doing so, we tackle the issues in depth on the basis of our “Good Practices” and also actively implement the resulting findings with our customers. Most of all, the unity and mutuality in the cooperation between Trendvice and the customer creates completely new approaches which benefit both the customer and ourselves. People and unity are therefore decisive factors for Trendvice.

Our experience on domestic and international markets as well as our network form the basis for our cross-sector Know-How and enable us to offer specific “Best of Breed” solutions or develop such solutions with our customers.

    Experience & Practice

We live the Community and Cloud ideas. In order to develop effective and efficient solutions for our customers, we rely on our specialized and professional partners. We hereby enable an optimal “Best of Breed” resources approach for our customers.

We want you to experience something with us and our network – in a positive way. Discover and test something new, implement new techniques, methods, radical approaches, simulations and limits for the first time. Our network makes it possible, whether as a result of applied knowledge or real practical experiences. Whether it’s a question of leadership, systems, organizational development or hybrid business models – what remains crucial is the hands-on approach for you as the decision-maker!

We transmit all data in encrypted form. We use the encryption system SSL (Secure Socket Layer), but would nevertheless like to make you aware that transmitting data over the internet (such as communications by email) may result in security gaps. Complete protection of your data against third-party access is impossible.

In order to secure your data, we maintain technical and organizational security measures, which we constantly keep up to date with the latest technology.

Furthermore, we do not guarantee that our content will be available at certain times; disruptions, interruptions or malfunctions cannot be excluded. The servers we use are thoroughly backed up on a regular basis.

    5 Automated decision-making

There is no automated decision-making based on the personal data collected.

In general, we only use your personal data within our company.

When and insofar as we consult third parties within the scope of executing contracts (such as logistics providers), they only obtain personal data to the extent to which the transfer is necessary for the corresponding service.

In the event that we outsource certain parts of the data processing (“order processing”), we contractually oblige processors to use personal data only in accordance with the requirements of the data protection laws and to guarantee the protection of the rights of the person concerned.
